Groups run for 12 months at a time--so members can create real, permanent change. That requires time, repetition, and real-world application.
Phil does not lead each group session. Mission Ready Masterminds are run by a team of experienced, world class facilitators who are trained to apply Phil's framework to real world challenges. Phil will pop in regularly, however, so be ready for that extra moment of accountability. ๐
